Regular participant (MD, with a right to prescribe medicines) and student (medical student, with a right to prescribe medicines) fee includes the following:

• Access to Exhibition area (second and third floor Exhibition areas)
• Helsinki City Reception 

Nurse/ Other healthcare professional (without right to prescribe medicines) fee includes the following:

• Nurse day programme on Thursday and on Friday

• Access to Exhibition area (second floor Exhibition area)
• Helsinki City Reception 

Exhibitor fee includes the following:

• Access to poster display
• Lunch and coffee breaks
• Access to Exhibition area (second or third floor Exhibition area, depending on company location)

Payment of Registration Fees

Credit card payment

• Following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.

• Credit card payments are processed via an SSL secured credit card payment link at the end of the online registration form.

• Registration and other reservations will be confirmed only once a full payment has been received.

Invoice Payment

• Invoicing fee 18 € will be added to all invoices. Note that an additional fee of 18 € will be charged for any changes to a sent invoice (e.g. invalid invoicing address or additional data not given during registration).

• The invoice number must show as a reference on bank transactions. The invoice will include all necessary international bank information for the bank transfer. All bank charges should be covered by the payer.

• Registration and other reservations will be confirmed only once a full payment has been received.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All changes and cancellations must be made in writing to nlc2024@confedent.fi

For cancellations made by or on April 5, 2024, full refund (50 € handling fee will be deducted) 

For cancellations made after April 5, 2024, no refunds will be made.
